Notice to Agencies:
10/22/2014 On healthchek claims (U5), only the first 14 hours in the week are being paid
(any additional are being rejected). Per our phone conversation, ODJFS is aware of this problem, and does not currently have
a timeframe on a fix.
10/23/2014 Per a phone converstion today, ODJFS expects to have the issue resolved by next week, and this
problem is also affecting U7 claims.
10/31/2014 Per a converaion today, ODJFS is again reporting no timeframe on the fix.
11/05/2014 Per a converaion today, ODJFS is still reporting no timeframe on the fix.
11/10/2014 Per a converaion today, ODJFS is still reporting no timeframe on the fix.
11/13/2014 The U5 issue has been fixed. If you need any help correcting previosly submitted claims,
please call our office @ (614) 294-6078.
The Claim you are submitting now is expected to pay on Thursday, December 04, 2014.
