NOTICE!!: The claims that we submitted on Wednesday, January 18 and Friday, January 20 have been received by ODJFS but were not processed for payment this week. ODJFS has said that the missing claims from January 18 is a known problem and they expect to have it fixed by Monday evening. The claims from January 20 appear to have been processed but are not scheduled for payment until February 2. We do not have an explanation for that delay.
THE ABOVE MENTIONED CLAIMS ARE NOW AVAILABLE ON THE VOICE RESPONSE UNIT.
